    We can accommodate groups up to 14! We have 8 reformer machines. For groups 8 & under, we offer a 45 minute private reformer pilates session.

    For groups larger than 8, we offer our TreadFormer60 class, which features 25 minutes of treadmill & 25 minutes of reformer pilates! You can choose to be a walker or a runner.

    If here for the weekend, you can choose from the following time frames if an instructor is available:

    -Fridays after 3:30 PM

    -Saturdays after 12 PM

    -Sunday mornings
